PaidUp questions

Do parents need to download an app?

No. Bills, screenshots, receipts and reminders all happen in WhatsApp.

What if a parent pays cash?

Your staff tap "cash received" on their phone. The parent gets a receipt on WhatsApp.

What if a screenshot looks wrong?

The bot doesn't mark it paid. It flags it on your dashboard so you can check your bank app, then mark it paid or ask the parent again.

What if a parent pays too little?

The bot records what came in, tells the parent how much is still owing, and keeps the rest on the bill.

Can I bring my current student list?

Yes. We bring your existing Excel in on setup day.
